Start with a clean face and neck. Let skin air dry or gently pat with a soft towel. Unpack the devices and attach the elastic bands securely. 

• Press and hold the touch-sensitive button for 3 seconds to power on. A double beep will sound. Tap the button to change light colors—each tap advances to the next. After cycling through all seven colors, the device will enter automatic color-switching mode. 

• Position the light-emitting devices on the face and neck. Adjust the elastic bands until the fit is secure and comfortable. 

• For best results, use the devices during periods of rest. Lie down comfortably on a sofa or bed, close your eyes, and relax while the devices work. When using the face device, avoid reading, watching TV, or engaging in other visual activities to protect your eyes and enhance relaxation. If combining with skincare products or a disposable mask, apply the product evenly before placing the devices on the skin. Red light is recommended for enhanced product absorption. 

• Use for the recommended duration (typically 18–30 minutes). After the session, press and hold the touch-sensitive button for 3 seconds to power off. Clean the devices before storing. 

TIP: Do not use more than one light mode per session. Select the color that best suits your skin’s needs or use the automatic cycling mode. You may alternate light colors in separate sessions based on your preferences.
